A Holistic Approach
to Ministry

Faith

At ALL IN International, everything we do is rooted in our faith in Jesus Christ. His gospel compels us to love sacrificially, serve joyfully, and reach every child—regardless of background, race, or religion—with dignity and compassion. We believe that true transformation begins with a restored relationship with God, and that many of the world’s deepest hardships stem from brokenness that only Christ can heal.

Because of this, the gospel is central to all of our programs. We integrate biblical discipleship and evangelism training into our work—whether by equipping local leaders, nurturing the spiritual growth of the children in our care, or faithfully modeling Christ-like love in everyday interactions.

We desire for every child to know they are seen, known, and deeply loved by God, and that their life carries eternal purpose.

Hope

We bring hope where hope has been lost. For children who have been abandoned, abused, trafficked, enslaved, or left without support, we come alongside them and remind them that their story is not over. Through education, safe shelter, medical care, emotional healing, and consistent relational support, we help restore dignity, rebuild confidence, and open the door to new possibilities. It also means standing with children facing serious illnesses, offering light and love in their darkest seasons.

Our holistic approach equips each child with the tools they need to envision and pursue a brighter future—one where they can dream again, laugh again, and believe that tomorrow can be different from today. Hope looks like a restored relationship with their Creator and the joy of knowing they are not alone.

Love

Love is more than emotion; it’s an action. We live by the Golden Rule found in Luke 6:31, “Do to others as you would have them do to you.” We demonstrate Christ’s love by meeting real, tangible needs: feeding the hungry, providing safe homes, ensuring access to education and medical care, and walking with children through healing and growth. Love means showing up consistently, building relationships, and treating every child as part of our family. It’s the heartbeat of our ministry…the reason we go all in to ensure every child experiences the unconditional love of Jesus in both word and deed.

“Rescue the poor and helpless; deliver them from the grasp of evil people.”
